Cancellations and Returns
Cancellation of an order for a permanent download of a Digital Product
Once a permanent download of a Digital Product has been made available for download by you, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be offered.
Each purchase of a permanent download shall be deemed a final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable sale.
You may cancel a pre-order for a Digital Product up to and including the day before the release date of the relevant Digital Product by contacting Customer Services clearly stating your order number and item(s) to be cancelled.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card or PayPal account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
Incorrect/Faulty/Defective Digital Products
We take great care in providing our Digital Products. In the unlikely event of faults with, or damage to, the Digital Products or if you have received an incorrect or incomplete Digital Product please contact Customer Services
We will replace any such faulty or damaged Digital Product if possible or if there are continuing issues with the Digital Product we may issue a refund.
Clothing and Accessories
If you are not entirely happy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them to us within 14 days of the dispatch date.
You must return the product unwashed, unworn and in a saleable condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs. When returning items, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, especially for those overseas.
How to return your item
Please use the following process to return your items
- Please contact Customer Service to obtain a returns number .
- Re-pack item in its original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
- Cover your address and please use the freepost returns sticker on your packing note
- Return the package by using the Post Office or another means of mailing and obtain a proof of postage.
- Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this for proof of return.
How to return a faulty item
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund or exchange, please send us a message via our Customer Services page. Please inform us of your order number, name/code of the product and the details of the problem, we will then investigate this for you.
Please then return the item to us following the same procedure as the ‘How to return an item’ section.
If you have received the wrong item
If you have received an item that is not what you originally ordered, please contact Customer Service with your order number, name, address, the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
